Join Us for this Special DEI Institute Event
On July 18, the DEI Institute, and Roco Films are proud to present The Right to Read. The documentary shares the stories of an NAACP activist, a teacher, and two American families who fight to provide our youngest generation with the most foundational indicator of life-long success: the ability to read. Watch the trailer here. The screening will start at 9:00am and will be followed by a panel discussion. SWBOCES and The Center for Professional Learning & Curriculum Support send a special thank you to Curriculum Associates who are providing the film for our use.
To ensure this important film reaches as many people as possible, the screening is open to the general public who should register to attend here.
